Berlin - the Volkswagen Polo subcompact car away 30 other cars in the selection of the best cars Europe or Europe's 2010 Car of the Year for 2010.
Of the 59 jurors who are all automotive journalists from 23 European countries was about 25 jury chose the Polo as a favorite car.
"Polo convince almost all of the jury because of the complete package of safety and modern machinery," said Jury President Hakan Matson told Reuters on Tuesday (1/12/2009).
Meanwhile, a spokesman for VW Polo tells us that global sales of some time ago launched a 3 door version of the record in Europe during November 2009.
Polo beat Toyota IQ stuck tight in the second position, then in the third position followed by the Opel / Vauxhall Astra.
4 other finalists car is PSA Citroen C3 Picasso, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Peugeot and Skoda Yeti 3008.
